Lord, You showed me Your wonderful salvation, using Your people to draw me to Your love.. When I knew nothing of You, You prepared a way for me to accept You.. How can I repay Your gift of freedom from sin? I own nothing valuable enough to repay the life of Your Son.. Even if I give You each and everyday of the rest of my life, the gift would be too small, but take my life oh God. Keep me strong in You, forsaking You would be too painful a thing to imagine. My life is Yours, may I honor You all my days..
Sometimes, Lord, even doing right gets me into trouble. My heart seemed to be in the right place, but things haven’t worked out the way I expected. The good I thought would happen has turned sour. Thank You, Jesus, that even this situation is not out of Your hands. You knew what would happen even from the start of my friendship with her and the results are under Your control.. I know I can trust You to make all things right, even if it takes some time.. Whatever happens, make me a good testimony to Your love.. Have mercy upon me oh God.. Please pour out Your Spirit down on me, bringing me comfort on this days… Remind me that You will never let me go far from Your side, for You desire my presence even more than I desire Yours..
